Screening of Colon Cancer Apoptosis-Related Genes Based on Bioinformatics and Construction of Survival Prognostic Model

This study aimed to explore the prognostic value of Anoikis-related genes (ANRGs) in colon cancer using bioinformatics and construct a model based on ANRGs. ANRGs integrated from GeneCard Harmonizome were used identify CRC subtypes for patients. The immune microenvironment (TME) between different was also investigated. Finally, line chart provided clinical use, decision curve analysis (DCA) performed determine potential benefits strategies. We identified 14 differential expression (DEGs) related survival Anoikis, selected 7 model. risk score determined as independent factor. Functional showed that high-risk low-risk groups had infiltration status.
